Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your Hellfire Catfishing gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and components
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage
Clearance or final-sale items
Custom or special-order products
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@hellfirecatfishing.com to start a return, please have your order number and the reason for return.
Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
